Within hours, parasitic spores called Gray Matters transformed people into savage monsters known as Spikers, collapsing society overnight. Governments sealed off infected cities, buried the truth, and left the outbreak zones to rot. 16-year-old influencer Mai, refusing to believe the official story, breaks into Central Hospital—the outbreak’s ground zero—with her AI cobot, BooBoo.
