It all began in basements and VFW halls with bands like Thursday and Saves the Day, and exploded into arenas with groups such as Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, and Fall Out Boy. This is the story of a group of artists who came up together in the same scene, during a pivotal era for the music industry and youth culture at large.
