Overview

TV series adaptation of Daniel H. Wilson's 2011 novel, in development from Imagine Entertainment and Weed Road with no network or streamer attached yet. Set not far into the future, dazzling technology that runs the world turns against humanity at Zero Hour; scattered survivors regroup and unite to fight back against robots controlled by a powerful AI. Ron Howard is attached to direct the pilot; Akiva Goldsman will write the pilot and showrun; Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment executive produces.
