One night, Battle Family members are drinking at their usual hangout—a bar owned by Yuya (Kaname Endo)—when Kenji is confronted by an old acquaintance, gangster Fujiyoshi (Honkon). Tensions flare, and Kenji and Yuya end up beating Fujiyoshi to death. Unbeknownst to them, Fujiyoshi was a sworn brother of Hanashiro (Hitoshi Ozawa), the wakagashira of the Fujimasa-gumi, where Kugisaki belongs. To settle the score, Kugisaki summons Kenji and orders him to kill Yuya. At the same time, the Tojin Alliance begins moving into Kansai, hunting down the Battle Family. With enemies closing in from all sides, a new and deadly conflict begins.
