It thoroughly pursues the question Sugimoto's works pose - "living in modern times, what are these works trying to tell us?" Memories of Origin is the Director's Cut of the program broadcasted at WOWOW on December, 2010. This documetary is expanded from a TV program which was honored is nominated for the International Emmy Award for Art 2011.
