What is When Angels Sleep about? Arman is a young woman happily preparing for her wedding with her fiancé Kurman. After recovering from her physical injuries, Arman is determined to bring her attackers to justice. However, she faces a harsh reality: a corrupt system and society that turn against the victim. Instead of support, she is pressured by everyone around her, including her own family, to stay silent, accept hush money, and avoid a public scandal. Traumatized but unbroken, Arman refuses to give in. Left alone in a system that protects the powerful, she must decide how far she is willing to go to fight for justice and her dignity.
