The story: Hisyam has just completed his studies and his older brother Haziq celebrates by taking him on a vacation to a holiday island. From then on, Hisyam frequently quarrels with Haziq because he refuses to be complicit. Until one day, Haziq falls ill and is admitted to the ward due to a bacterial infection in his lungs and brain. Haziq is shocked and cannot accept that he will die. As Haziq grows weaker, he confesses his regrets and leaves a final request that leaves Hisyam stunned.
