Baneen Ahmad Nayyef is an Iraqi young actress best known for her leading role as Lamia in The President’s Cake (2025), directed by Hasan Hadi. The film premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Caméra d’Or and Audience Award. She later won the Special Jury Award for Acting at the 2025 Hamptons International Film Festival.
