Christ Opherstein

Biography

Christ Opherstein was born in Tucson, Arizona to a Cuban immigrant mother and a German Geologist father. He grew up in a strongly Catholic household and attended Parochial schools throughout his life. A talented self-taught keyboard player and gear-head, he formed many heavy metal bands throughout his life, including a Drag punk rock band based in Las Vegas. Over time, he composed an opus/rock opera about Judas, drawing on his outsider nature as a house-less person living in desert ravines.
