Gerardo Preciado

Biography

Gerardo Preciado is a Mexican Filmmaker, Musician and Comic Book Creator. Preciado is responsible for the beloved over the top 80's trashploitation comedies NARCO SHARK (2023), the sequel, NARCO SHARKS (2025), and a prequel, AMITYVILLE ALONE (2026). The film series developed a cult following in Japan. He is currently working on several sequels and prequels in the NARCO SHARK HOME VIDEO UNIVERSE.

In 2025, Preciado announced the creation of PINCHES VIEJOS, an independent movie studio with the intention of developing 'serious' horror stories set in northern México. He is currently working on the first project for the studio, a Texas Chainsaw Massacre inspired short film called FARISEOS.

Gerardo is also known as electronic one man band ANCIENT ORDER OF THE DROIDS, which releases mainly soundtracks to imaginary horror films.

He also co-created and writes for the independent comic book labels MOONHEAD PRESS (with artist Daniel Bayliss), and OLD SKULL COMICS (with artist David Marquez) where he publishes stories in a variety of genres ranging from horror to science fiction and superhero satire.
