TSAU-YIN defends NAM-MUNG, and in a moment of desperation, he even hurts YING-KAM inadvertently, making her lapse into a coma with a lot of blood gushing out from her lower abdomen. SEUNG-LING complains to Lady YUE-YUET about the letter received from LAU-FEI. According to the letter, LAU-FEI wants to sever his relationship with SEUNG-LING. Lady YUE-YUET gives YEE-HO a severe reprimand for not being obedient, whereas YEE-HO keens on protecting her master, stating that she has already burnt the silk handkerchief, on which SEUNG-LING embroidered the lyric poetry of "This Song of Divination".… ...
