To stop the Ming empire from falling into evil hands, King Chu Yu-chien of Hsin plans to resist in alliance with "six gentlemen" including Yang Lien and Tso Kuang-tou, but isolated and weak in power, they fail to shake out of the control of Chung-hsien and fall out of favor in deep emotion.
