About the series: On the day the new Chief of Staff arrived at Kitamachi Station, the officers here prepared to welcome him. At that time, a bus was hit by a man with a knife and robbed the passengers in the car. Newcomer Aikawa Minori was kicked out by a passenger when he tried to board the bus. She followed the bus by taxi, but the bus headed straight towards Kitamachi. For some strange reason robbers came to the station to present themselves. Minori then handcuffed her who prevented her from performing her duties. But the man she handcuffs to is the new Sheriff, Toyama Kinshiro.
