In this episode: After being shown a video of the level 4 metamorph Hatsune and the Level 4 metempsychosist Akira being directed through a B.A.B.E.L. candidacy test which they did not quite pass, Minamoto is charged with helping to polish Hatsune and Akira into induction as B.A.B.E.L. Special Espers. Unfortunately, Minamoto devotes so much to this assignment that he frequently overappraises Hatsune's inhibitions with regard and proximity to food and begins to neglect his esper charges who jealously accuse him of abandoning them.
