FONG attempted unsuccessfully to commit suicide with her son CHOR. She left her shocked and mute son CHOR for KIU to raise. KIU then met an undergraduate, CHUK CHIN FAI and bore him a daughter, HO. FAI left KIU and HO to study in England. TSUEN HOI KING has spent all he owns on KIU, but FAI is KIU’s only love. Journalist SHUN is preparing a documentary about Macau and has some misunderstanding with HO when he is videotaping secretly in the casino. CHOR dashes off and saves everyone when he realizes that someone has bad intentions towards SHUN who is with KIU and HO.
