Although Sanada is eager for take action, Kansuke dissuades Sanada foreseeing it as premature. Kansuke infiltrates to Echigo to ascertain Kagetora Nagao's caliber. Meanwhile, Sanada plots the invasion of the castle against Kansuke's admonition.
