BO complains to SUM that KIU is always out for inspection and there is no way to get her for any job discussions. SUM suggests KIU to do the inspection after work but KIU requires SUM to increase her pay for overtime work. KEUNG meets MR YAU inside the building and learns from him that KIU takes away the soup dregs, which LUNG has packed and thrown inside the junk room, as for her supper. KEUNG therefore has an idea… KEUNG shows off to KIU about the dried seafood that SUM always buys for cooking……
