TIN tries to attract KAI IP and with every means to flatter him but he is not impressed. She feels disappointed. YU SHUM meets MAY again and he makes use of the chance to express his frank apology and MAY is impressed and accepts him. However she cannot tell him her feeling. LUNG has to return to the USA to continue his studies. He gives SIU a ring as a gift and SIU is sad. MAY's mother is so careless that CHEUNG stumbles over. He is sent to hospital but it is too late. He dies. MAY is sad.
