What happens in "Someone Who Resembles Someone": Office worker Nishikawa (Keiko Saito) is diagnosed with a mild stomach ulcer at the hospital. On the way home, at a café called "Symptom," she sees someone who looks exactly like a colleague posted overseas. Back at the office, news arrives that the colleague has died. Later she sees her cousin at Symptom — and right after, the cousin dies too. The third time, it's her old college professor. She visits Symptom once more.
