Then things go badly. A less-than-friendly beach inspector hunts Skippy of the beach, and shortly afterwards, Lou is caught in a real-life rescue situation and freezes. Jerry offer to pretend to be drowning so she can save him and feel better. However Jerry runs into REAL trouble in the surf trying to save someones dog, and this time Lou meets the challenge. She rescues her brother with Skippy's help!
