Desperate and pushed to the edge, the baby's father and teenage brother take drastic action: they kidnap the interpreter, the only person who has shown them compassion, and storm a bank, taking hostages. Angelos steps in as the negotiator and is shocked when the two refugees demand not money, but the safe return of their child, threatening to kill the hostages if their demands are not met. The team quickly mobilizes, preparing to act under intense pressure.v
