HO TD finds PAK SING who goes to gamble with a ring. It is part of the birthday present. PAK SING escapes but HO TD sends subordinates after him. SING is afraid that KOI and the others will be caught. LAU TONG wants to makes use OT the chance to kill HO To. HO TO is trapped but CHOI YI turns up and saves him but his ears have been cut. HO TO begs CHOI YI to marry him but is refused. His character changes a lot after this. CHI does not want to be accused falsely. He runs away from the prison and impersonates PAK SING, robbing many houses so as to make them turn up.
