Wang Shing becomes a refuge centre for refugees. KONG is responsible for the safety of the place. YIM POR SHAK arrives Wang Shing Province with her parents after war. She seduces YUEN so as to get the registration earlier. YUEN is attracted by her. KONG's father wants KONG to marry LIN and at last KONG promises. LIN refuses as she does not want KONG to marry her Tor his wife. At last she is convinced as KONG really loves her……
